Keep my existing numbers
Using an existing number from another service is easy. Start by using our number portability checker to ensure that your number can be ported.
Once you have confirmed that your number can be ported, submit the form below along with a copy of your latest phone bill. You need a form for each phone bill or carrier you wish to port a number from. Local and toll-free numbers require separate forms.
Don't cancel or disconnect the number until the port completes. We can't port a cancelled number.
