We are currently experiencing an outage for inbound calls to L(3) / Bandwidth Level 3 customers in Springfield, MO and random other cities.

Bandwidth and L(3) are now reporting all inbound calling is 100% operational.  The affected numbers we were aware of are now functioning.

On 11-10-2017 from 2:45 pm EST to 4:05 pm EST, we experienced service impairment that affected some customers.  Customers in certain regions were not able to register and other customers were not able to complete all calls.  We have received RFOs from our two data centers as follows:

Colo ColOH:  A network service interruption was observed between approximately 2:45pm EST and 4:05pm EST which impacted your services. We believe this was caused by a routing issue between our network and other upstream carriers, and are actively working with them to better understand the details.

Colo DenCO:  Resolver teams are investigating an issue with routes being advertised improperly by our backbone carrier L(3) to our core router. Currently, they are comparing working routes to routes which are not in order to assist in preventing  the issue from happening again.
