Savant is adding some extensions and setting up some new phones, they are already configured but when he logs into them he gets "No Service". Had him try to power cycle and checked out the extensions and everything looks correct on them.
When the extensions were made they had put symbols into the secret password which confused asterisk and would not let the phones register, I let them know so all phones should register fine now.
