We are unable to change our presence in XactView – only our phones. And, when we change our presence on your phones, it does not appear in XactView.
In the future if you see this it means the status options have not been pushed to XactView. You can go to http://69.58.112.187:2001/admin/config.php?type=busy&display=presence and just re-submit one of the statuses and than press the orange reload bar.
